About Us

In January of 2020, I launched Bundled Events by Khadejah, Mehndi & Nikaah in a BOX. As a wedding planner, I am well aware of how fast wedding costs can add up. In addition to that, the inflation during the pandemic (and still) has not helped the matter. I kept receiving inquiries for small home set-ups. However, with labor costs, travel, and product cost, we weren't able to accommodate budgets. That is how this idea came to life!

The DIY bundles have been curated carefully for brides that are looking to host a festive and intimate event, while also staying within a reasonable budget. 



FAQ

How far in advance can I rent the bundle?

For residents in Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan, you can pick up the bundle up to 2 days prior to your event date. 

For residents in Staten Island or New Jersey, you can pick up the bundle up to 3 days prior to your event date. 


 

Where do I pick-up the bundle from?

Our warehouse is located in West Babylon, NY. Contact us directly to arrange a specific pick up time. 


When do I have to return the bundle?

The bundle is rented for a total of 5 days. You must return the bundle two days after your event date or you will be charged a $50 late fee for each additional day. 

If you have consecutive events for 3 days after your bundle event date, then you can return after your festivities are over. You must show proof of your events if you are planning to return the bundle(s) after all of your events (e.g., wedding invitation). 

Choosing your bundle

The whole process is easy and straightforward.


First, select your 5-day rental period. Then, choose the size of the bundle that best fits your needs. Add the bundle to your cart, along with the exact number of items that is listed in the bundle description. When you add each of your custom items, please be sure to block out each item out for the 5 days that your bundle will be out for. 

The standard bundles do well for most, but you are also welcome to add more items to the standard bundle if you would like, which will be at an additional cost. 

Once you check out, you will receive an invoice from us. After you make your deposit, your bundle will be reserved and we will reach out to you to confirm your pick up / drop off date and time. 


Do you offer set-up services for the bundles?

We only offer in-home or backyard set-ups in Long Island, NY for large and medium bundles, at an additional cost. Delivery and pick-up is included with this option.

Do you offer delivery & pick-up?

Pick-up and delivery services are not yet available, but we are working on it!


How long does it take to set-up?

The Nikaah Bundle takes about 10-15 minutes to set-up. 

The Mehndi Bundle can take up to one hour (max), depending on how detailed you want your set-up to be. 

Do I need to buy any additional items? 

You can use zip-ties to drape curtains, command hooks to hang umbrellas from the ceiling, or even safety pins to hang garlands from the curtains. It all depends on how creative you want to get with the bundle supplies!

Do you have any tutorials on how to set-up?

Yes, we have video tutorials for each bundle, and you can refer to our page for some creative ideas to apply and personalize your own set up. We will send our tutorials to you upon request.
